July 9th Open National Conversation for Reform of Public Policies

Standing up for justice requires the ability to expand the context and complexities of societal needs. Join us for quarterly national and international discussions as community leaders and advocates to increase our awareness, collaborations, alliances, and examine current and potential public policy initiatives. Please join as one group on Thursday, July 9th FFCA will host a National Stakeholders Meeting that will focus on social justice, health, gender/racial equity, and 11-points developed from amazing leaders. Fathers and Families Coalition of America is discussing possible (4) areas of collaboration with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (NCBW) Manhattan Chapter.


The additional agenda items include developing a social policy/justice strategic plan for 2020-2021 and discussion of issues as well as areas of concentration of issues going forward through 2022. FFCA is aware it is another virtual meeting. However, your involvement is essential. Nancy Y. Victor is a healthcare planner with over thirty years of experience in strategic planning and program development. Since 1998, she has been the director of business planning at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York. Before joining SUNY Downstate, she was the senior director for corporate planning at the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, the most extensive public hospital system in the nation. 

Ms. Victor holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University, a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science from Howard University.  She currently serves on the board of the New York Society for Health Planning and is a past president of the organization. Her other professional memberships include the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, the American College of Health Care Executives, and the American Public Health Association.


Ms. Victor is the First Vice President of Programs and a past president of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Manhattan Chapter, a national advocacy organization, focused on leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, and economic empowerment.

She was born and raised in Brooklyn and Long Island, New York. Ms. Victor lives in Hempstead, Long Island, and has been married to David W. Greene for 29 years. She is a proud second-generation child of Haitian immigrants.

Established in 1996 as a grassroots initiative. Incorporated in 2004 as an Arizona nonprofit. Transitioned in 2010 as a national and international professional development and advocacy agency. In 2016 expanded our charter as well as a California nonprofit as we serve our stakeholders as a federal nonprofit 501(C) 3 (EIN 81-1290316) supporting the professional development, quality improvement training of those working with families, parents, children, and building healthy communities with father engagement strategies.

In 2020, we incorporated in Puerto Rico (Corporation No. 453499) with Dr. Aida Díaz Rivera as the President for our Transforming Leadership & Management Institute - Center for Latino Initiatives of Fathers and Families Coalition of America.
