Coordinator of Community Engagement & Conference Support

In 2023, we are excited to add Dr. Brittany D. Watkins to our team. Dr. Watkins is an exceptional leader and will guide the overall faculty for our growing national and international conferences. Brittany is a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated young leader seeking to develop, create, and introduce new systems of health support, targeting underserved and marginalized communities and groups with experience and skill in utilizing and balancing the interactions of an ecological perspective, and devising solutions to address existing and emerging issues found within at-risk communities. Dynamically communicating and effectively articulating a vision, fostering strong and sustainable relationships, and providing trusted advice and service to stakeholders working across various entities--community health, K-12 education, higher education, and non-profit organizations. The Fathers and Families Coalition of America is honored to have Dr. Watkins as a vital member of our leadership team.
