Over 70 sessions are in-person to create your personal agenda. Fathers and Families Coalition of America is creating a hybrid event, and different sessions will also be relevant to in-person and virtual audiences. To avoid overwhelming or confusing attendees with information about sessions they won’t be able to go to, create separate in-person and virtual agenda webpages for the two hybrid audiences. To make things easy for the two attendee types, we have created one agenda page for in-person attendees and one for online attendees. Visit the Speakers' information for these wonderful and outstanding experts joining us from the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Bolizia, and throughout the United States.

OPEN CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS DUE BY 10/31/2022 FOR PRIORITY PLACEMENT
Our national Conference in 2022 continues as an international conference that hosted over 500 attendees for the 23rd Annual Conference. We had many highlights and a report coming soon. We invite you to prepare for our 24th Annual Families and Fathers Conference, a hybrid event again. In 2022, we hosted individuals from nine nations (the United States, Greece, the United Kingdom, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Oman. In 2023, we plan to increase global participation. Intentionally, FFCA will reduce the number of daily workshop sessions in 2023 to 18 workshops, with 12 sessions in a hybrid format.

Diversity is the word to describe the Fathers and Families Coalition of America. Through technology, we have served parents of all ages, communities, towns, First Nations, and neighborhoods globally. Diversity in the range of attendees' ages from teens to our eldest attendee, 104 years young, yes, one hundred and four years! Professional participants represent diverse professional fields such as child welfare, early childhood, marriage and family therapists, social work, criminal justice, psychologists, educators, counselors, family service workers, fatherhood practitioners, public policy, foundations, etc.
The diversity of culture is progressive at this national event—one final theme of our Conference is the sense of bonding. We have a platform that has forged friendships, professional colleagues, resources, and a deep understanding of community, all seeking to help others. Our growing international conferences in 2021 and 2022 hosted more than 550 persons representing people from the United States, Greece, the United Kingdom, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Oman. In 2022, we hosted individuals from ten nations at our growing international Conference. Since January 2021, our organization has instructed over 150 individuals through our OAR Leadership Institute Model. The Advanced Practitioner Credential Course has supported the professional development of over 200 individuals. The Men2Men and Women2Women to over 200 parents and Policy Community Café programs offer a different resource to an astonishing 5000 stakeholders. The unique programs by FFCA with our Affiliates are only obtainable with the support of three major sponsors.
