Innovation With Different Approach

Welcome to the Fathers and Families Coalition of America

In 2023, we will give our members, stakeholders, volunteers, and affiliated agencies a fantastic new member app portal to include some dynamic The Community Café powered by Okta, as the new home to the FFCA Online Communities. We will build apps for parents, Men2Men Café, Women2Women Café, professionals, conference attendees, researchers, and so much more.

Why are new chapters important?

More chapters mean more members, an expanded global community of men, women, professionals, and leaders, more influence, more connections, and more significant personal and professional opportunities, resulting in an enhanced experience for all of our diverse stakeholders and ultimately improved outcomes for children.

All Affiliates and Members are invited to serve on an Advisory Council of leaders at the center of this agency, providing a valuable service to their local communities while also developing insights to improve the four FFCA experiences that include professional development, building relationships locally and around the country, advocacy, and helping our members with their passion for being the difference. As an Advisory Council Chapter leader, you would be crucial in shaping the rapid expansion of FFCA's international conference and social policy initiatives.

OUR BENEFITS

All members receive reduced fees to support the overall commitment to quality services and professional development. Members receive 20% off essential training and leadership development programs by FFCA. We host a summer policy fireside seminar annually where our members learn about forecasted policies impacting their communities. FFCA has a fantastic leadership institute at the end of summer going into the fall to support entrepreneurs transitioning from frontline to management and senior executive levels. The 24th Annual Families and Fathers International Conference, April 24-27, 2023, in Los Angeles, is an example of a benefit where all affiliates receive global recognition for their efforts with a 10% discount for our members.

About FFCA

Established in 1996 as a grassroots initiative. Incorporated in 2004 as an Arizona nonprofit. Transitioned in 2010 as a national and international professional development and advocacy agency. In 2016 expanded our charter as well as a California nonprofit as we serve our stakeholders as a federal nonprofit 501(C) 3 (EIN 81-1290316) supporting the professional development, quality improvement training of those working with families, parents, children, and building healthy communities with father engagement strategies.

In 2020, we incorporated in Puerto Rico (Corporation No. 453499) with Dr. Aida Díaz Rivera as the President for our Transforming Leadership & Management Institute - Center for Latino Initiatives of Fathers and Families Coalition of America.
