We are honored to have one of our Florida and South-east Regional Lead FFCA Affiliates in ReCapturing the Vision International (RTV). This organization is led by Dr. Jacqueline Del Rosario, It all started with one person’s vision. One woman wanted to make a difference in her community and empower at-risk youth to reach their full potential. ReCapturing the Vision (RTV) was birthed from this heartfelt compulsion to help struggling youth overcome adversity and learn to dream again. A former educator and tireless champion for America’s youth, Dr. Jacqueline Del Rosario was uniquely equipped to develop and implement hard-hitting programs that instilled the core values which lead youth to success.
RtV is focused on providing support for at-risk youth to succeed in environments lacking supportive structures to promote their success. RtV's vision is one in which every child has an opportunity to succeed. A child who enters school in good health feels safe and is connected to their school is ready to learn. In order to achieve our vision, we focus on building the supportive structures that create the conditions for learning. In other words, we focus on educating the whole child.
