Fixing Father Inc. led by Dr. David Asbery and Men's Resources, LLC. led by Bruce Trammell, Sr. CFLC., have merged to form a dynamic affiliate in the Connecticut with an emphasis on mentoring, coaching and direct practices for underserved fathers, young men and families throughout Connecticut with their vision statement of "Fathers Helping Fathers to Be Better Fathers."

New Haven Family Alliance, Inc. led by Ms. Barbara Tinney, is one of the first FFCA Affiliates in the United States and over the past several years has come off and on our national leadership team as an affiliate with the New Haven Male Involvement Network. . Established over 25 years ago as a child welfare reform agency, the NHFA employs multiple approaches to reach its goal of improving children's developmental outcomes. NHFA helpsfamilies become financially self-reliant, strengthen parents' attachment to their children and connection to their communities.
